1 - My Virtual Gym and Support Group
- I love sharing the resources and tools that helped me with my journey - love that this group is a free resource tool that people can come back to whenever they need it! A recently uploaded a couple meal plans - I am going to try to change it out every month so we don’t get bored but don’t get overwhelmed! And you are always welcome to join us ️
2 - My Coaching Family - Having a group of people cheering you on, pushing for big goals, and always supporting one another - it is amazing! We are hitting such big goals this summer and I am loving the energy and excitement! Of course, you are more than welcome to join this family too!
3 - Longer summer evenings - once it is dark, I want to go to bed! Love having extra light!
4 - Mixed Berry Energize - this flavor just launched last month and I am loving it for summer!
