Who’s excited for Fall?! With the state of the world, I find that I am celebrating all the small things - the first cooler day, Pumpkin Spice superfoods, pulling out my sweaters… It is definitely better to focus on the good!
Each month, I like to change my phone lockscreen - it is a fun way to be creative and change up something that I see every day, multiple times a day. I love using a calendar (so I can easily know the date of next Wednesday) or a quote that resonates with me.
