Jingle Bells & Dumbbells!

December is such a crazy time of year (and this year it is just a little more crazy)- so I love knowing that I have the stability of my challenge group to check into! Routine makes everything a little bit easier- and it is such a fun community, I want to do my workout, eat healthy and check in with my girls! PLUS we have so much fun! Here is a little sneak peek of what is coming up this month:

✨ End of the Year Resolutions - Every Monday, let’s do some goal-setting before the clock strikes midnight on December 31st

✨ Try It Out Tuesday - Let’s check out some of the cool features on BOD and give them a try!

✨ Warm Your Soul Wednesday - Warm and wholesome soup recipes that can be added to your weekly meal planning

✨ Let’s Talk Thursday - We are going to talk all things wellness, self-care, + mental health

✨ Festive Fridays - We’ll share tips to carry you through the festive season, no matter what you’ve got going on!

✨ The Spirit of the Season - We’ll play some fun games to get into the spirit of the season!

✨ Superfood Sunday - We will try some adventurous + delicious superfood recipes to help you reach your nutrition goals, while getting creative with your daily shakeo! If you want to jump into some structure before January 1st- we would love to have you in the group! I’ll help you get set with a nutrition program that is right for you- and easy to follow- and easy to modify for the holidays. Then we pick a workout that is easy to fit into your day- 20 minutes? We’ve got that. 4 days a week? Sure! A hybrid calendar so you can try out a few workouts- of course!
