
In celebration of our new program coming out... Let’s go running! I feel like people have very strong feelings about running - they usually either love it or hate it! So make sure to run your own race - if you want to walk and speed walk, awesome. If you want to run and jog - great! Listen to your body and as long as you are outside enjoying the day, it is a win!
And remember, you can always start with 10 seconds and make your way up to 5 minutes - this is your workout! Try it out and let me know how you like it or if you’re interested in learning to run with our new program!
