Today I want to encourage you to learn to be present in the moment you’re in!
Stress happens when we’re thinking about the past or worrying about the future 🙀 and that’s a clear sign that we’re not living in the here and now. Everything may be great but you won’t know 🤷♀️ unless you take a moment to be present!
Some ways to do that are:
👀 Stop and look at your surroundings
☝️ Focus on ONE thing at a time -- no multitasking!
😘 Take a moment to be grateful for the moment you’re in
🤳 Put your phone down and step away from screens
Some of these are easier said than done, but you can do it!
