This month has brought a lot of reflection on the past year. And, let’s face it, 2020 brought us A LOT to reflect on! There was so little that we had control over and so much at stake for the health and well-being of ourselves and our families. Looking back on even my lowest days, I always had this community and coaching to lean on and for that I am so thankful!
I got into coaching because I needed something to hold me accountable. I had no problem letting myself down in the past, but knew that I would never let down another person! So, I started coaching - sharing my story with others, helping to set people like you up with programs and plans that meet your goals and hosting events with my team to inspire! I fell in love with it all, but the fact that we earn income from doing it? Yes, please!
Recently, we had a community coaching event called Super Saturday. Of course, like everything lately, the event had to be held virtually, but that did not make it any less informative, inspiring and FUN! Seeing my teammates accomplishments, hearing others success stories and being “together” during so much time apart, it was just amazing.
This opportunity has allowed me to find my best health, strive for goals I never dreamed of and meet some of my best friends.
