
Life can be hard. There can be seemingly never-ending bad things happening, either personally or professionally or just in the world around us. Then just like you can get caught up in making everything seem perfect and more positive than they really are, you can also fall into a negative spiral and make things feel worse than they are. 😔
The key is to frame these bad things in a positive light. Find the good in bad times. It does not mean that you don’t acknowledge your negative feelings. It just means you don’t have to stay there. Move through it and focus on the good (not perfect, just good).
The whole point I’m making this week is to ground yourself in the good things in life, the things that mean the most to you – your family, friends, etc. This helps keep you stay level and grounded to avoid the extreme highs and lows of life.
