What Not To Do While Working Out


Raise your hand if you want to get injured while working out! 🙋‍♀️


None of us are going to raise our hand, right? 😆


That’s why it’s so important to not overdo it when you’re working out. 🙅‍♀️ If you push too hard, if you do too much before your body is ready, it’s more likely that you’re going to experience an injury which could keep you from moving at all! 😳


Some things that cause injuries doing exercise are:


🚫 Exercising before your body has warmed up

🚫 Moving with improper form

🚫 Not resting between workouts

🚫 Doing something that is too hard on your body for your current level of fitness


Remember that exercise and any movement should he something that makes us feel happy and accomplished – not in pain – so do your best to push yourself but don’t overdo it! 😊
