Exciting fitness content is being added to our workout library this month and I don’t want anyone to miss out!
The beauty of the library is that it contains complete programs that can be followed for 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks at a time! BUT, all the workouts in the programs become available, too. SO, if you are feeling a yoga day one day, you don’t need to register for 10 days of yoga classes only to use one! You just search the workout you want, get your body moving as needed that day and BOOM! Keep on with your day, feeling great!
Here are the newest additions coming to our On Demand Workout Library this summer!
📢 Autumn Calabrese’s “Freak Week”; a compact week of workouts that follow the same format and pace of her full 9 Week Control Freak program! (available to Nutrition+ members only)
📢 9 Week Control Freak gets added to Beachbody On Demand this month - May 24th it will be added to the library!
📢 Amoila Cesar (you know, “THE WORK”!) announced his next program will be dropping this July! It is called 645 - this program is meant to help you really progress in fitness - while staying safe. It is 13 weeks long - 6 days a week, 45 minutes a day. As soon as I have more info, I will pass it along!
