What To Eat Before a Workout


Okay so you have an hour before itโ€™s time for you to workout. What do you eat beforehand to make sure you have the energy you need to do your best?


A. Something with a lot of carbs

B. Something with moderate protein

C. A low-fat snack


The answer? All of the above! ๐Ÿ˜„

If all you have is 30-60 minutes before you workout, something with all 3 of those components will help you fuel you during your workout. Examples include a banana with peanut butter, some nuts and raisins, or a peanut butter and strawberry smoothie! ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฅค


If you have more time before you exercise, you can add a little more protein.
